We were interested to read the article in the 1/15 issue of the Quarter Horse News discussing the reintegration of Thoroughbred blood by top cutting horse breeders looking to put bone, size and strength back into their performance horses. For those of you looking for an outcross on your mares that go back
multiple times to Doc Bar, Rascal has NO DOC BAR in his pedigree.

- 01/2006 We were so happy with our first cross of Okie Paul Quixote daughter Lady Lena Quixote on Rascal Jac, that we sought out another Okie Paul Quixote mare for our broodmare band. We are excited to add Ethels Okie Paul to our band in 2006. Ethel is full sister to $15K in NCHA money earners, her dam producing $87K in NCHA & AQHA money earners. She is in foal to Doing It Shiney (Hollywood Dun It x Sheza Shiny Mixer (x Shining Spark)) for 2006 and will be bred to Rascal Jac for 2007.

Plain But Shiny, own daughter of Shining Spark and out of an own daughter of Doc Tari was purchased in foal to Keyhole Cowboy, and has been bred back to Hes A Rascal Jac for 2006. Haleys Top Sail, own daughter of the late Topsail Cody will remain open in 2005 to continue her training.
